Production Process
From Waste to Useful Resource
Collection of scrap tyres
Our production process starts with the collection of scrap tyres from various locations, including garages, dealerships, and dumps. By restoring these old tyres, we prevent them from ending up in landfills and begin the process of converting them into useful road construction materials.
Separation of steel and rubber
Once assembled the tyres proceed to a thorough separating step. Specialised machinery is used to thoroughly separate the steel and rubber, ensuring that each material is handled ideally for its next life in road construction and other applications.
Processing of separated rubber
The separated rubber is subsequently ground into a fine powder using modern grinding technology. This stage is critical for ensuring the desired quality and consistency, making the rubber powder suitable for integration into ecologically friendly road solutions.
